It Started, Quite Simply, Like This...
To complete a perfect stay at Casa Mespilea Boutique Hotel, you need a restaurant à-la-hauteur, so Chez Mamma Bistro was born.
Under the close supervision of its founder, Yioula Koutsoftides, our kitchen uses the very best basic seasonal produce, masterfully making the most of herbs and spices to create her consistently distinctive style. Her personal gastronomic domain is witty, full of freshness and flavour, with colours and subtleties that guests love. We serve our menu over from morning till late dinners. At lunchtime, we also offer our regularly changing lunch menu. At the heart of the kitchen team is a handful of chefs who have known Yioula's requirements for many years and cook alongside her. In addition, a host of wonderfully creative individuals come and go in Yioula’s kitchens, some staying for only a short time and some making longer stopovers.
